删除账户 Delete Account

概述 Overview

您可以随时请求删除您在园园AI / AIYuan.AI 的账户和相关数据。本页面提供两种删除方式，并说明哪些数据会被删除、哪些会被保留以及保留期限。

You can request deletion of your AIYuan.AI account and associated data at any time. This page provides two deletion methods and explains which data will be deleted, which will be retained, and the retention period.

方式 1：App 内删除（推荐）Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

打开园园AI app（iOS 或 Android）/ Open the AIYuan.AI app (iOS or Android)
使用您的邮箱登录 / Sign in with your email
底部 Tab 点击 “账户 / Account” / Tap “Account” in the bottom tab bar
滚到页面底部，点击 “删除账户 / Delete Account” 按钮 / Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete Account”
在二次确认弹窗中点击 “确认删除 / Confirm Delete” / Confirm in the dialog by tapping “Confirm Delete”
账户删除立即生效 / Account deletion takes effect immediately

方式 2：邮件请求（如无法登录 app）Method 2: Email Request (If You Cannot Sign In)

如果您无法登录 app（例如忘记登录邮箱、设备不可用），请发邮件至：

If you cannot access the app (e.g., forgot your login email, device unavailable), email us at:

隐私邮箱 Privacy: privacy@aiyuan.ai

邮件正文请包含：(1) 主题 “Delete My Account”；(2) 您注册时使用的邮箱地址。我们会在收到请求后 7 个工作日内核验身份并完成删除。

Please include in the email: (1) subject line “Delete My Account”; (2) the email address used to register your account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 business days of receiving the request.

哪些数据会被删除 What Data Is Deleted

账户删除时，以下数据会被永久删除（30 天内完成）：

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted (within 30 days):

账户信息 Account info（邮箱 email、用户 ID user ID）
登录记录 Sign-in history
订阅和购买记录 Subscription and purchase history（在我方系统内的副本 our copy；Apple App Store / Google Play 自身的购买记录由各平台保留，由您直接联系它们删除）
App 内行为数据 In-app activity data（您查看过的信号、paywall 互动 / signals viewed, paywall interactions）
推送 token Push notification tokens（FCM / APNs）
偏好设置 Preferences（语言 language、主题 theme 等）
AI 对话历史 AI conversation history（如有）

哪些数据会被保留 What Data Is Retained

以下数据可能会因法律、审计、防欺诈或财务合规要求被保留更长时间：

The following data may be retained longer for legal, audit, anti-fraud, or financial compliance reasons:

支付与发票记录 Payment and invoice records: 7 年（按美国 IRS / 中国财税法规要求）/ 7 years (per U.S. IRS and Chinese tax/finance regulations)
反欺诈日志 Anti-fraud logs: 12 个月，匿名化后 / 12 months, anonymized
法律纠纷相关数据 Legal-dispute related data: 直至纠纷解决 / Until the dispute is resolved

所有保留数据都会在合规期满后**匿名化或删除**，不再与您的身份关联。

All retained data will be anonymized or deleted after the compliance retention period ends, no longer linked to your identity.

保留期限 Retention Period

账户主数据 Account primary data: 30 天内删除 / Deleted within 30 days
App 行为数据 App activity data: 30 天内删除 / Deleted within 30 days
支付/发票记录 Payment records: 7 年（合规要求）/ 7 years (compliance)
备份系统中残留 Backup system residue: 90 天内随备份滚动删除 / Removed within 90 days as backup rotation completes

不可撤销 Irreversible

账户一经删除即不可恢复。如需重新使用园园AI，您需要使用相同或不同的邮箱重新注册。订阅和 Credits 余额无法转移到新账户。

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. To use AIYuan.AI again, you would need to register a new account using the same or a different email. Subscriptions and Credits balances cannot be transferred to a new account.
