1. 服务协议 Service Agreement

欢迎使用园园AI（"服务"），由 AIYuan.AI（"我们"、"我们的"或"公司"）提供。本服务条款（"条款"）约束您对我们网站、应用程序和服务的访问和使用。访问或使用我们的服务，即表示您同意受这些条款的约束。

Welcome to AIYuan.AI (the “Service”), provided by AIYuan.AI (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. 服务描述 Service Description

园园AI 是一个 AI 驱动的投资研究与教育平台，旨在帮助用户学习市场分析方法和量化交易策略。我们提供的所有功能仅供教育和参考目的，不构成投资建议。

AIYuan.AI is an AI-powered investment research and education platform designed to help users learn market analysis methods and quantitative trading strategies. All features are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice.

3. 用户账户 User Account

3.1 账户创建 Account Creation

使用我们的服务需要通过邮箱验证码创建账户。您同意提供准确的信息，并负责维护账户安全。您必须年满 18 岁才能使用我们的服务。

Using our Service requires creating an account via email verification. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining account security. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.

4.1 会员等级 Membership Tiers

我们提供 Free、Pro 等不同级别的会员计划，具体功能和价格请参阅定价页面。各等级均有相应的 AI 使用限制。

We offer different membership tiers including Free and Pro. See our Pricing page for features and pricing. Each tier has corresponding AI usage limits.

4.2 使用限制 Usage Limits

所有会员等级均有 AI 使用限制。付费会员的每日额度在美东时间午夜自动重置。超出额度后，AI 功能将暂停至次日重置。

All membership tiers have AI usage limits. Paid members' daily quotas reset automatically at midnight Eastern Time. When the quota is exceeded, AI features are suspended until the next reset.

4.3 付款与续订 Payment & Renewal

网页版 Web: 订阅费用通过 Stripe 处理，按月或按年提前收取，以美元计价。

iOS App (Apple In-App Purchase): 订阅通过 Apple App Store 内购处理，费用将从您的 Apple ID 账户扣取。

Android App (Google Play): 订阅通过 Google Play Store 处理，费用将从您的 Google Play 账户扣取。

Web: Subscription fees are processed through Stripe, billed monthly or annually in advance in USD.

iOS App (Apple In-App Purchase): Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID account.

Android App (Google Play): Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store and billed to your Google Play account.

4.5 如何取消 How to Cancel

网页版 Stripe 订阅：登录后进入账户页，点击 “Manage Subscription” 前往 Stripe 客户门户取消。

iOS App 内购订阅：打开 iPhone “设置” → Apple ID → “订阅” → 选择园园AI → 取消订阅。取消后，您仍可使用服务至当前计费周期结束。

Android 内购订阅：打开 Google Play 商店 → 菜单 → 订阅 → 选择园园AI → 取消。

Web Stripe subscription:Go to account page and tap “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe Customer Portal and cancel.

iOS IAP subscription: Open iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AIYuan.AI → Cancel. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Android IAP subscription: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → AIYuan.AI → Cancel.

4.6 退款政策 Refund Policy

网页版 Stripe 订阅：我们提供 7 天无理由退款保证。7 天后的订阅费用不予退还。因违反条款被终止的账户不予退款。

iOS App / Android App 内购订阅：所有内购订阅的退款均由 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 按其各自的退款政策处理。如需退款，请直接联系 Apple 或 Google。我们无法直接处理 App Store 或 Play Store 的退款。

Web Stripe subscription: 7-day no-questions-asked refund. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable. Accounts terminated for Terms violations are not eligible for refunds.

iOS / Android IAP subscription: All in-app purchase refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for IAP refunds. We cannot process App Store or Play Store refunds.

5. AI 服务条款 AI Service Terms

5.1 AI 对话数据 AI Conversation Data

您与 AI 助手的对话内容将被存储，用于维持对话上下文和改善服务。对话内容会发送至第三方 AI 提供商处理。详情请参阅我们的隐私政策。

Your conversations with the AI assistant are stored to maintain context and improve the Service. Conversation data is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5.2 AI 内容所有权 AI Content Ownership

AI 生成的分析报告、策略代码和交易建议的知识产权归您所有，但您授予我们使用这些内容来改善服务的非独占许可。

You own the intellectual property rights to AI-generated analysis reports, strategy code, and trading suggestions, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content to improve the Service.

5.3 紧急管理权 Emergency Administrative Rights

我们保留在以下情况下暂停或禁用用户 AI 访问权限的权利：检测到安全威胁或滥用行为、用户违反本条款、系统维护需要。

We reserve the right to suspend or disable user AI access in the following circumstances: detected security threats or abuse, user violation of these Terms, or system maintenance needs.

6. 免责声明 Disclaimers

6.1 非投资建议 Not Investment Advice

我们提供的所有信息、AI 分析、交易信号和策略代码仅供参考和教育目的，不构成投资建议、财务建议或交易建议。您应在做出任何投资决策前咨询合格的金融顾问。我们不是注册投资顾问、经纪商或财务规划师。

All information, AI analysis, trading signals, and strategy code provided are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

6.2 AI 生成内容的局限性 Limitations of AI-Generated Content

AI 生成的分析和建议基于算法和历史数据，可能不准确、不完整或不适合您的具体情况。AI 系统可能产生错误的输出，包括但不限于错误的市场分析、不准确的数据引用和不当的策略建议。您对基于 AI 内容做出的所有决策承担全部责任。

AI-generated analysis and suggestions are based on algorithms and historical data, and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. AI systems may produce erroneous outputs, including but not limited to incorrect market analysis, inaccurate data citations, and inappropriate strategy suggestions. You assume full responsibility for all decisions made based on AI content.

6.3 数据准确性 Data Accuracy

虽然我们努力提供准确和及时的数据，但我们不保证任何信息的准确性、完整性或及时性。数据可能存在延迟、遗漏或错误。

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

7. 使用限制 Prohibited Uses

您同意不会 / You agree not to:

• 将服务用于任何非法目的 / Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• 尝试未经授权访问我们的系统（包括 prompt injection 攻击）/ Attempt unauthorized access to our systems (including prompt injection attacks)
• 共享、转售或分发您的账户访问权 / Share, resell, or distribute your account access
• 使用自动化工具过度访问 AI 服务 / Use automated tools to excessively access AI services
• 干扰或破坏服务的正常运行 / Interfere with or disrupt normal service operation
• 利用 AI 生成违法、有害或误导性内容 / Use AI to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• 尝试绕过使用限制或配额系统 / Attempt to bypass usage limits or quota systems

7a. 社群行为准则 Community Code of Conduct

本准则适用于所有社群（Community）频道、私信和用户生成内容（UGC）。AIYuan.AI 对违规内容采取零容忍政策。

7a.1 禁止内容
在社群中发布以下内容将立即被拒绝、删除或导致账户停用：

• 色情、淫秽、性暗示明显的内容
• 暴力、血腥、自残教程，或针对具体个人的死亡威胁
• 基于种族、性别、宗教、性取向、国籍的仇恨言论或歧视
• 违法明示（毒品交易、武器买卖、黑产服务、伪造证件等）
• 针对其他用户的严重人身侮辱或骚扰
• 诈骗、钓鱼链接、传销或欺诈性内容
• 侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权或肖像权的内容
• 儿童不当内容（任何形式，零容忍）

7a.2 内容审核
所有社群消息和昵称发布前会经过自动内容审核（AI 语义判断 + 极端违规词硬过滤）。审核结果分三档：通过（直接发布）、灰区（发布但管理员复核）、违规（拒绝发布并提示用户修改）。

7a.3 用户责任与免责
您对自己在社群中发布的所有内容承担完全的法律责任。这包括但不限于消息文本、图片、链接、昵称及任何用户生成内容。AIYuan.AI（财富种植园）作为平台运营者，在收到合理的违规通知后将及时处理，但不对用户内容的合法性、准确性、真实性承担担保责任。

您同意赔偿并使 AIYuan.AI 免受因您发布违规社群内容、侵权内容或导致第三方索赔的任何损害。

7a.4 举报与屏蔽机制
社群提供两种用户自助工具：

• 举报 Report：长按任意消息点击"举报"。管理员将在合理时间内（通常 24 小时内）审核处理。
• 屏蔽 Block：长按任意非管理员用户消息点击"屏蔽"。屏蔽后您将不再看到该用户的任何消息（已发布的也立即隐藏）。

7a.5 误判申诉
如您认为您的消息被错误判定为违规，请发送邮件至 support@aiyuan.ai，注明被拒消息内容、发送时间和您认为不应被判违规的理由。我们将在 5 个工作日内人工复核并回复。

7a.6 接受准则
首次进入社群发送消息前，您必须明确点击同意本社群行为准则。继续在社群发言即表示您持续接受本准则。我们保留在违规情况下立即删除消息、暂停发言权限或永久禁用账户的权利，无需事前通知。

This Code of Conduct applies to all Community channels, direct messages, and user-generated content (UGC). AIYuan.AI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

7a.1 Prohibited Content
Posting any of the following will result in immediate rejection, deletion, or account suspension:

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit content
• Violence, gore, self-harm tutorials, or death threats targeting specific individuals
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or nationality
• Explicit illegal activity (drug trafficking, weapons trade, black-market services, forged documents, etc.)
• Severe personal insults or harassment targeting other users
• Fraud, phishing links, multi-level marketing, or deceptive content
• Content violating others' intellectual property, privacy, or likeness rights
• Content involving minors inappropriately (any form, zero-tolerance)

7a.2 Content Moderation
All Community messages and nicknames undergo automated content moderation prior to publication (AI semantic judgment + extreme-violation hard filtering). Three verdicts: Pass (published), Gray-area (published with admin review), Reject (blocked with prompt to revise).

7a.3 User Responsibility & Indemnification
You bear full legal responsibility for all content you post in the Community. This includes but is not limited to message text, images, links, nicknames, and any user-generated content. AIYuan.AI (Wealth Plantations), as the platform operator, will respond promptly upon receiving reasonable notices of violation, but does not warrant the legality, accuracy, or authenticity of user content.

You agree to indemnify and hold AIYuan.AI harmless from any damages arising from your posting of violating community content, infringing content, or third-party claims.

7a.4 Report & Block
Community provides two self-service tools:

• Report: Long-press any message and tap "Report". Admins will review within a reasonable time (typically within 24 hours).
• Block: Long-press any non-admin user's message and tap "Block". After blocking, you will no longer see any messages from that user (existing messages will also be immediately hidden).

7a.5 Appeal Process
If you believe your message was incorrectly flagged as violating, please email support@aiyuan.ai with the rejected message content, timestamp, and your reasoning. We will manually review and reply within 5 business days.

7a.6 Acceptance
Before sending your first message in the Community, you must explicitly accept this Code of Conduct. Continuing to post in the Community constitutes ongoing acceptance. We reserve the right to delete messages, suspend posting privileges, or permanently disable accounts in case of violations, without prior notice.

8. 知识产权 Intellectual Property

服务及其所有内容、功能和特性（包括但不限于软件、代码、设计和品牌）均归公司所有，受版权、商标和其他知识产权法保护。量化策略代码中的通用算法和技术方法不受此限制。

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, code, design, and branding) are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. General algorithms and technical methods in quantitative strategy code are not restricted by this clause.

9. 责任限制 Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，公司对以下情况不承担任何责任：任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害；任何利润、数据或商誉的损失；基于您的投资决策所产生的任何损失；AI 生成内容的错误或遗漏造成的损失。我们的总责任不超过您在事件发生前 12 个月内向我们支付的总金额。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; any loss of profits, data, or goodwill; any losses arising from your investment decisions; or losses caused by errors or omissions in AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. 赔偿 Indemnification

您同意赔偿并使公司免受因您违反这些条款、滥用 AI 服务、或基于服务内容做出的投资决策而引起的任何索赔、损失和费用的损害。

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of AI services, or investment decisions made based on Service content.

11. 服务变更和终止 Service Changes & Termination

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止服务的权利。我们也可能因违反条款或其他原因终止或暂停您的账户和 AI 访问权限。

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your account and AI access for violation of Terms or other reasons.

12. 管辖法律 Governing Law

这些条款受加拿大安大略省法律管辖。因这些条款引起的任何争议应提交给安大略省有管辖权的法院专属管辖。

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

13. 条款修改 Amendments

我们可能会不时修改这些条款。重大变更将在生效前通过电子邮件或服务内通知。继续使用服务即表示接受修改后的条款。

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
