如何订阅？How do I subscribe?

在网页版 定价页 选择套餐，通过 Stripe 完成支付。在 iOS App 中，您可通过 Apple App Store 内购订阅。

On the web, visit the pricing page and subscribe via Stripe. In the iOS app, you can subscribe through Apple In-App Purchase.

如何取消订阅？How do I cancel?

网页版 Stripe 订阅 / Web (Stripe):登录后进入账户页点击 “Manage Subscription”，前往 Stripe 客户门户取消。

iOS App 内购订阅 / iOS IAP:打开 iPhone “设置” → 点击您的 Apple ID → “订阅” → 选择园园AI → 取消订阅。

Android 内购订阅 / Android IAP:打开 Google Play 商店 → 菜单 → 订阅 → 选择园园AI → 取消订阅。

如何恢复已购买的订阅？How do I restore purchases?

如果您在 iOS 或 Android App 已订阅但新设备上未显示订阅状态，请在 App 内定价页或账户页点击 “恢复购买 / Restore Purchases” 按钮。

If your iOS or Android subscription isn't showing on a new device, tap “Restore Purchases” on the pricing or account screen in the app.

如何删除账户？How do I delete my account?

登录后进入账户页，点击 “删除账户 / Delete Account” 按钮，并在二次确认弹窗中确认。账户及其所有关联数据将被永久删除，此操作不可撤销。

After logging in, go to the account screen, tap “Delete Account”, and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

忘记登录码怎么办？I lost my login code.

每次登录我们都会向您的邮箱发送一次性验证码，您无需记住它。请前往登录页输入邮箱重新获取。

We send a one-time code to your email at each login; you don't need to memorize it. Visit the login page and enter your email to receive a new code.
